Personnel Management is considered as the central registry for all the workers and users of the account.
Users are all the people that will be using AGRIVI on the behalf of the company. You can add as many users as you need depending on your internal organization. User seats can be purchased at any point in time.
When adding a user into your account, you need to keep in mind to give access to this person by entering an email and a password which she/he will be using for logging in into AGRIVI.
When you have added a user, you can also manage his permissions. For example, you can give one user only a permission to access one part of your account and not to see the rest.
Permissions can be manipulated from within the person's details, by clicking on the pen icon next to her/his name and by clicking on the tab Permissions when the edit window has opened.
At any point in time, you can edit the details for all the users. For example, general information, permissions, add comments, upload important documents (contracts, pictures) and enter their work cost.
Workers are all the employees that are utilized during your farming season. Workers will not have access to AGRIVI. When adding a worker you will NOT check the "Can login" box for her/him. This will differentiate the workers from the users of the account.
At any point in time, you can edit the details for all the workers. For example, general information, comment about each, upload documents (contracts, pictures) and enter their work cost.
Note: When entering the work cost for each activity and each worker or user, the exact amount will automatically be calculated when you utilize the worker in your field records for a specific category.
