Inventory - Manage Warehouse

In Inventory module, you can create multiple warehouses and bins, on one or multiple locations. This way you can organize your inventory by departments or locations of your production.

Inside each warehouse, you can create bins. It can be a barrel, a tank or other, in which you can store items in solid, liquid state or pieces.

Transfer items

You can also transfer items between bins and warehouses. Just click on "Transfer items" beside each item listed in the inventory. Stocks in inventory can be distributed per warehouses and bins in three ways: by registering a new expense and new sale and by registering spent amount in field records.

When registering a new expense, a warehouse or an individual bin can be selected, in which the new item will be stored.

Low inventory alarms

A low inventory alarm can be set for every item. When the item quantity falls below the alarm level, the system will create a reminder for the purchase of that item. This is used for ensuring enough inputs for your production and to avoid situations when you need to perform some activity, but the input quantity is insufficient. When the item has an alarm set, its alarm icon is colored black.
