In specific crop production details, you also have a tab called "Plants and varieties". Here, you will need to enter all the varieties of this specific crop you actually grow.
Manage varieties
You can manage varieties of the crop by clicking the "Manage varieties" button. You can add an unlimited number of varieties for each crop you grow.
Register plants
You can register planting and plant decrease (if they dry out) only for fruit trees. When you register planting, enter a variety of the crop you are planting, plant age (1-, 2- or 3-year old seedlings), planting date and row and plant spacing. For each variety, you can enter a total amount of planted plants per each field.
The system distributes this planted amount automatically on all fields which are linked before the date of planting. Planted quantity can also be distributed manually.
When registering planting, you’ll get the list of all fields linked to that crop production. If some fields don’t show, the reason is their link date, which is probably set after the day of planting.
If on certain fields nothing is planted, just type "0" and distribute planted quantity on other fields. You can see the example in the picture below:
After you have registered planting for all varieties, you'll be able to see under which fields which variety is planted and in which quantity. When some plants dry out, you can register this under "Decrease" and replanting of this variety under "Register existing plants", with a planting date and quantity. Planting of new seedlings can also be registered through tasks, under "Planting” category. Under "Details" you can see all plantings and plant decreasing per variety.
