In Finance Management module you can also track all your expenses by registering them in your account.
By clicking on "Register expense" you can create your own invoice for all the items you bought. If you register the expense for fertilizers, pesticides, fuel, crop or other inventory items, the specific item will automatically be added to your inventory and ready for usage in your field records.
This gives an option not only to track how much of each product you spent but how much did this cost you per each crop production and season.
Under one invoice, you can add multiple items and for each separate item, you can enter the price and the discount.
There is also an option to export all the invoices in PDF, Excel or Word depending on your product plan.
Note: Keep in mind that registering an expense for the items you will use in your field records will give you the option to track the financial aspect of each crop production as well.
