All activities done during the crop season can be registered in the Crop production, section Tasks.
Tasks are organized by categories that define specific task behavior: maintenance, chemical analysis, tillage, planting, fertilizing, protection, irrigation, pruning, harvesting, storage and general.
Each task has a title, description (which contains guidelines how to perform a task if you have selected the process template while creating season), start date & end date and status (pending, in progress, finished).
Tasks with category-specific inputs
Tasks have category-specific inputs: chemical analysis has inputs for registering results of the analysis, protection has inputs for registering pesticide usage, fertilizing for fertilizer products and harvesting for yield.
Whenever you choose one of the above-mentioned categories, the additional input will be possible, depending on the category.
Task inputs
For all activities, you can register:
- usage of farm materials according to already set category in activity
- employee and their work hours spent on executing field activities
- machinery hours and fuel usage
- cost per hour for employees and machinery
- documents related to the activity
- comments for the activity
It is important to mention that you will be able to register usage of each segment ONLY if you have inputs registered in the resources (people, machinery, inventory). For example, if you don't have a fertilizer registered in your virtual inventory on the date you would like to make the usage input, you will not be able to see it in the drop-down menu in the task with category Fertilizing.

Note: If you would like to register usage in your fields records, always keep in mind that you need to have your items registered in Resources first.
