Both permissioned users and workers without access can be added through "Resources" - "People" in the navigation bar. Within the People module, select the "Add people" button.
- To add an employee WITH access to AGRIVI (a user), first enter this person's data then click the “Can login” checkbox, assigning them an email and password with which they will log in to the platform.
- You will also assign this user a "role," which will grant them default permissions (which you as a high-level user can adjust later on).
- Note: The number of users you can add is limited by the number of licenses you purchased, though you can add an unlimited number of workers without access to the platform.
- To add a worker WITHOUT access, enter all worker data, but leave the “Can login” checkbox blank. These workers will not have access to AGRIVI, but their work hours, productivity, and other data can be tracked in the platform.
For both users and workers, you can upload documents (i.e. contract), set alarms (i.e. reminder for contract end date), set their work cost (which will factor into production costs), or add some comments.
