Both users and workers can be added through Resources - People section by clicking on Add people button.
To add a person who will have access to your account (a user), enter all person data and mark “Can login” checkbox. Assign an email and password to allow a person to access the account.
Number of users available to add is limited by the purchased licences.
To add a worker who just works at your farm, enter all his data except marking of “Can login” checkbox. These workers can’t access to your digital farm. However, you can register their work hours and analyze their productivity.
For both users and workers, you can upload documents (i.e. contract), set alarms (i.e. reminder for contract end date), set the work cost or add some comments. To know more, take a look on our video HERE.
