First, double check that the dates assigned to the activity are within the season period. If work hours or input use has been registered, check whether the date of registered usage falls within the season period or task dates as well.
Since all activities within a Crop Production are organized by seasons, all activities from the pre-sowing period through the post-harvest period are considered part of one season. If your task falls outside the season, you may need to adjust the season start and end date by navigating to Seasons, then clicking Options → Edit.
